Red Frogs is part of the outreach and care arm of the young adults and youth of Suncoast Church. Affiliated with the Red Frogs Australia Chaplaincy Support Network active in many Australian universities since 1997, this affiliation creates an open door into the Sunshine Coast university campus and into local high schools for educational seminars. Each week the Red frogs crew uses creative entry points to serve and build friendships with students at these locations. They also act as chaplains and an added safety net at special events such as underage dance parties, O-week celebrations and run weekly ‘uni’ nights among other activities. These are just some of the ways Red frogs is reaching young people practically, with the love of Christ. |
