Our Vision for the Coast
Thanks to your ongoing generosity, we have paid off a significant portion of the loan on The Everyday Foundation’s new facility on Currie St, Nambour.
It is our prayer that we can pay off another chunk of the loan this year so we are one step closer to having full ownership over the space and further cementing our ongoing legacy on the Coast. This prayer will ensure more money goes in to the mission faster.
How we’re for the Coast…

Our new facility will open in the second-half of the year and represents our ongoing legacy in the community.

Over the past year, demand for Emergency Relief has grown significantly, with client numbers increasing by almost 50% year-on-year. This reflects the ongoing pressure many are facing as the cost-of-living rises.
While the types of need remain consistent, their intensity has increased. We continue to assist people experiencing rough sleeping, housing instability, and financial strain due to rising rents.
As a team, one of the most rewarding aspects of this work is seeing the shift in people - from when they first arrive overwhelmed and burdened, to when they leave with a renewed sense of hope.
Recently, we supported a mother of four rebuilding after a domestic violence situation. She arrived under significant pressure, with mounting debt and empty cupboards after the school holidays. We provided a safe space to talk, helped her prioritise key stressors, offered practical food support, and connected her with specialist services. What stood out was the visible shift as she left- still facing challenges but no longer carrying them alone.
