Hold the Light
You are warmly invited to a quiet, heartfelt evening dedicated to individuals and families in our Sunshine Coast community who have experienced pregnancy, infant or child loss.
In recognition of International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, this gathering offers a gentle space to pause, reflect and honour our little ones who remain forever loved.
Every child, no matter how brief their time with us, leaves an enduring imprint. Their lives are cherished, their stories held, their light continues.
Shared Stories
This event is designed as a self-guided experience. Throughout the event space, you will find several small stations set-up, each offering a different way to gently honour your child or connect with others who also understand this difficult journey. Guests are welcome to explore each station at their own pace - without any expectation.
One of these stations is Shared Stories, a place where the voices of our community come together.
Shared Stories: A Tapestry of Love and Loss
The Shared Stories station will showcase a video that weaves together reflections from parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles across our community who have experienced pregnancy, infant or child loss. Their stories offer tender insight, shared understanding and a sense of companionship on a journey no-one chooses, but many walk.
